  • More than 25 years of experience in education, coaching, and student development 
  • Former Teacher, Dean, and High School Program Coordinator 
  • Master’s degree from Stony Brook University 
  • School Building and District Leadership certification from the College of Saint Rose

Coaching Experience

  • Head Varsity Wrestling Coach at Locust Valley High School from 2008–2018 
  • Head Wrestling Coach at Stony Brook University from 2018–2023 
  • Spent  nearly 30 years developing athletes at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels

Coaching Accomplishments

  • Led Locust Valley to eight consecutive Nassau County Division II team championships 
  • Led Locust Valley to the 2014 New York State Team Championship 
  • Named Nassau County Coach of the Year in 2014 
  • Earned multiple Conference Coach of the Year awards

Why He Created OSP

  • Believes athletes should receive the same clear, data-driven support that helps students improve in the classroom 
  • Created OSP to replace opinions and guesswork with objective performance measurements 
  • Developed the OSP Level Up Plan to turn assessment results into specific steps for improvement 
  • Wants athletes, parents, coaches, and trainers to have reliable information they can use together
