Jimmy Montana brings experience across youth, high school, college, and professional lacrosse. He is the owner and operator of MDP Lacrosse and serves as head coach of Team Guyana’s men’s U19 team and The Green Vale School’s seventh and eighth grade boys team. He also coaches with Shore2Shore Lacrosse.

Previously, Jimmy coached at LIU Post, served as an assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Stony Brook University, led Commack High School’s boys varsity program, and worked with the Long Island Lizards. At LIU Post, he helped mentor two All-Americans and Division II Faceoff Player of the Year Connor Farrell. A four-year lacrosse letter winner at Quinnipiac University, Jimmy brings both playing and coaching experience to his work with developing athletes.

Kaylie LaLota brings experience as a collegiate player, high school head coach, club coach, and physical education teacher to Objective Sports Performance. She played four years of women’s lacrosse at Hofstra University, served as head coach of the girls’ lacrosse program at North Babylon High School, and coaches with the Long Island Yellow Jackets. She is also a physical education teacher at Northport High School. As OSP’s New York State Director for Lacrosse, Kaylie helps athletes and families understand their assessment results, recognize strengths, and focus training where it can make the greatest difference.

A native of Smithtown, New York, Trevor played lacrosse and football at Smithtown West High School, where he served as a team captain and received the Coach’s Award. He went on to play four sea

Trevor Ellick brings Long Island roots and collegiate championship experience to Objective Sports Performance. A native of Smithtown, New York, Trevor played lacrosse and football at Smithtown West High School, where he served as a team captain and received the Coach’s Award. He went on to play four seasons as a defender at Keiser University while studying Sports Management.
During his collegiate career, Trevor was part of Keiser’s back-to-back NAIA national championship teams in 2023 and 2024, gaining firsthand experience competing within a championship program.
As OSP’s Regional Director of Lacrosse, Trevor brings that playing experience to a program designed to help athletes understand their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and take a more focused approach to their development.

Cameron Bazin brings a record as a collegiate lacrosse player and experience leading athletes and programs in Florida. He played men’s lacrosse at The University of Olivet, where he captained the team and led NCAA Division III in goals and points in 2013.

Cameron served as the coach of the boys’ varsity lacrosse program at Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach. As OSP’s Florida State Director, he brings that experience to expanding combines and helping athletes use their results to guide their development.

Andrew Jean-Baptiste brings professional and international soccer experience to his role as OSP’s New York State Director of Soccer. A Brentwood Youth Soccer Club product and standout at Brentwood High School, Andrew earned New York State and Long Island Player of the Year honors in 2009 before continuing his care

Andrew Jean-Baptiste brings professional and international soccer experience to his role as OSP’s New York State Director of Soccer. A Brentwood Youth Soccer Club product and standout at Brentwood High School, Andrew earned New York State and Long Island Player of the Year honors in 2009 before continuing his career at the University of Connecticut.
At UConn, Andrew earned Freshman All-American recognition and was named the 2011 BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year. He was selected in the first round of the 2012 MLS SuperDraft by the Portland Timbers, launching a professional career that included competition in Major League Soccer and overseas. He also represented Haiti at the senior international level.
Through OSP, Andrew brings his experience from youth, collegiate, professional, and international soccer to athlete development. His role supports OSP’s mission of helping players understand their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and use objective performance results to guide their training.
